Choose a push-up bra that appeals to your aesthetic tastes

Choose a push-up bra style that works well with your particular outfit. Push-up bras come in all types of styles including strapless, racerback, one-strap and demi cup. A strapless bra works best with a strapless gown or tube top, for instance, while a demi-cup bra looks best with a low-cut V-neck blouse.

Choose a push-up bra based on its support. Some push-up bras are padded with air, water or simply extra cushioning, while others have underwires that create the look of a push-up without the padding. Some women find the padding excessive and prefer underwires, while others find underwires uncomfortable.

Choose a push-up lingeries that appeals to your aesthetic tastes. Push-up bras come in a wide variety of designs and styles; some are simple, while others are intricately embellished with lace or beads. Simple styles are best for under t-shirts or fitted tops for a seamless look.

First, put on a bra you currently have, preferably one that does not have extra padding. Use a pliable measuring tape that can wrap around your body. Wrap it around where the band of your bra would normally sit. Wrap it around the front, just above the bust level of your bra. (If you put your hand over your heart, this should be about the level where your palm is, or just below it.)

The number you get when you do this should be the band number.

The cup size is measured by doing the same as above, except the front measurement is taken right over the 'perk' of your breasts when in a bra. It should be right over the breasts' nipples. Write down this number.

Measure your bra size, starting with band size. You may think you know your bra size, but you could be wrong. This is because a woman’s breasts change over the course of her lifetime. It is always a good idea to get professionally sized for bras on a regular basis due to these natural breast-size changes. Though some manufacturers may vary slightly in their sizing, there is a general guideline for sizing bras. To measure your correct band size, measure around the circumference of your torso, placing the measuring tape under your breasts where your bra band would ideally rest. It should run evenly around your ribs while you have no/little air in your lungs. For a proper fit, you want your band to be snug but not tight. Record this number.

Measure for cup size now. Move the measuring tape up your body so it runs evenly around your back and breasts. You want the tape to go across your breasts at their fullest part. Record this number.MORE:cheap sexy lingerie
